Job Summary
English / Arabic speaking Telesales Representative is responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers to promote water purification and filtration systems. The goal is to identify customer needs regarding their home or office water quality, explain the health and cost-saving benefits of our products, and either close the sale over the phone or book a site visit for a technical assessment.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales: Conduct high-volume cold and warm calls to generate new business and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns.
- Consultative Selling: Ask targeted questions to understand the customer’s current water source and quality concerns.
- Product Education: Explain the features and benefits of various systems (e.g., Reverse Osmosis, UV filters, or Whole House systems) in simple, persuasive terms.
- Objection Handling: Address common concerns regarding price, installation, and maintenance, emphasizing long-term ROI and health benefits.
- Lead Management: Update and maintain the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with accurate records of calls, appointments, and sales.
- Meeting Targets: Achieve daily and monthly KPIs, including call volume, appointment booking rates, and revenue targets.
