Job Description:
As an HSEQ Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing health, safety, environmental, and quality practices within our facilities management operations. Your role will include conducting risk assessments, training staff, and developing policies to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate hazards.
- Develop and implement health and safety policies.
- Train employees on safety standards and protocols.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare reports on safety performance and improvement plans.
Qualifications:
- Saudi Nationality (Mandatory) – as per client requirement.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in real estate or facilities management.
- Certifications: OSHA safety and health standards certification or NEBOSH International General Certificate.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of facilities management risks, fire safety, and environmental hazards.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in computer applications with strong reporting skills.
