* Master's degree preferred; minimum Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, or Technology * 10+ years of experience in transformation and strategic change leadership * Background in an international consulting firm, ideally with exposure to large, complex organisations * Experience in consumer-focused sectors * Demonstrable experience of at least 5 years working within the UAE or wider Middle East * Proven track record in PMO governance and enterprise-wide programmes * Strong exposure to digital transformation and innovation initiatives * Exceptional communication and influencing skills
