We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team immediately. The ideal candidate must have previous hotel experience and be capable of managing a designated kitchen section while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency.

Manage and oversee the assigned kitchen section efficiently
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to hotel standards
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet required standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist in menu preparation and daily kitchen operations
Coordinate with Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth service
Minimize food waste and control portioning
