This role leads the end-to-end marketing and commercial strategy for both generic and specialty pharmaceutical portfolios across the Middle East region. A successful Marketing Director should have: * Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) * 15-20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles * Proven experience managing both generics (e.g. CVD, Diabetes, Respiratory) and specialty portfolios (e.g. Oncology, Ophthalmology, Biologics/Biosimilars) * Strong regional exposure across MEA / MENA, managing multi-country operations * Demonstrated ownership of large, complex portfolios and sizeable marketing budgets * Solid understanding of sales force effectiveness, with digital marketing exposure as a plus * Background from leading multinational or regional pharma companies highly preferred * Open to relocation to Ras Al Khaimah, or currently managing the region from abroad
