We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our automotive sales team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, guiding clients through the vehicle selection process, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced automotive environment.Responsibilities:- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding vehicle purchases.- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of various automotive models.- Provide expert advice on financing options, warranties, and after-sales services.- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.- Manage administrative tasks related to sales documentation and customer records.- Participate in promotional activities and showroom events to attract prospective buyers.
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer orientation.- Ability to explain complex product information clearly and persuasively.- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.- Knowledge of automotive products and the Kuwait automotive market is a plus.- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer needs.
