Drive profitability through rigorous food cost management, menu engineering, and meticulous financial control (within 0.5% variance).4. Work closely with the Owner on menu innovation and localization, demonstrating adaptability and mentorship across all culinary teams.
Qualifications: 1. Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in the same role with homegrown standalone restaurants (casual or QSR)2. Proven background in burgers/American/Italian cuisine3. Extensive experience in R&D and operations with standalone restaurants
