* 3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or transaction advisory. * Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (LBO, DCF, comparables). * Excellent analytical and research capabilities with attention to detail. * Ability to thrive in a small, entrepreneurial team and take ownership of workstreams. * A degree from a top-tier university; CFA or MBA is a plus. * Candidates based in the UAE or willing to relocate from UK, US, or Canada.
