The role involves managing influencer relationships end-to-end, supporting client accounts, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand objectives.Key Responsibilities•Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from briefing through to completion•Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable influencers aligned with brand and campaign goals•Conduct influencer outreach, negotiations, contracting, and coordination•Manage day-to-day communication with influencers to ensure timely content delivery and compliance with briefs•Coordinate campaign execution across multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat•Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and expectations•Monitor influencer content for quality, brand alignment, and contractual compliance•Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports including reach, engagement, and insights•Maintain influencer databases and campaign trackers•Stay informed on influencer trends and market dynamics in the UAE and KSA
Candidate Requirements•Female candidate currently based in the UAE•Native Arabic speaker with full professional fluency in English (bilingual Arabic and English is mandatory)•Minimum of 1 year, ideally 1–2 years, of hands-on experience in influencer marketing•Previous experience working in an agency environment is mandatory•Proven experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end•Strong familiarity with influencers across the UAE and KSA markets•Excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling skillsSkills and Competencies•Strong organisational and project management skills•Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines•Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills•Detail-oriented and proactive approach•Comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentConfidentiality and ComplianceThe role requires strict confidentiality regarding client information, influencer agreements, and campaign data, in line with company policies and applicable regulations.
