Our client, one of Dubai’s longest-established premium landscaping firms, is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to strengthen their client base and drive growth across the real estate, hospitality, commercial, and corporate sectors. This role requires a motivated and strategic professional who combines relationship-building skills with business acumen.Key Responsibilities •Identify, pursue, and convert business opportunities across landscape design and installation services. •Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, engineering and landscape consultancies, real estate firms, hospitality groups, facility management companies and interior and fit out contractors. •Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions. •Prepare and present quotations, tenders, and technical submissions in coordination with estimation and operations teams. •Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline, forecast monthly targets, and ensure consistent follow-up to close deals. •Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure smooth handover and high customer satisfaction. •Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to support strategic decision-making. •Represent the client at exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to enhance brand visibility. •Contribute to the creation of marketing campaigns and promotional materials to support business development.•Mentor junior sales team members and demonstrate leadership potential in preparation for future managerial responsibilities.
Required Skills & Competencies •Proven track record in sales and business development within landscaping, interior contracting, or facility management industries. •Strong network of contacts in the UAE real estate, hospitality, and corporate sectors. •Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. •Commercially astute with the ability to prepare structured proposals and understand contract terms. •Proactive, results-driven, and confident in client interactions. •Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and tender documentation. •Fluent in English; and other additional languages such as Arabic, French, Italian, Hindi, Malayalam or any other language would be advantageous.Qualifications & Experience •Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. •Minimum 5–7 years of sales or business development experience in a similar field with demonstrable business relationships are essential. •UAE driving license and market knowledge are essential. Knowledge of other GCC would be an added advantage.
