Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making by analyzing complex business data and translating insights into actionable recommendations. The role involves close collaboration with end users and business owners, with a strong focus on exploratory data analysis and business performance analysis.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business insights.
Analyze complex datasets to support business performance and operational analysis.
Participate in performing detailed and complex analysis of HRDF business processes and data.
Collaborate closely with end users and business owners to understand requirements and validate analytical outputs.
Translate analytical findings into clear insights, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
Support data-driven initiatives by providing recommendations based on analytical results.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance in all analyses and deliverables.
Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline (Information Technology, Information Management, Data Analysis, Computer Science, or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Business Data Analyst on data and analytics projects.
Proven experience in exploratory data analysis and business-focused analytics.
Strong communication skills with business users and stakeholders.
