The Assistant Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting Relationship Managers in the delivery of best?in?class service to a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients. This includes managing documentation, onboarding, account opening, ongoing KYC requirements, and acting as a reliable secondary point of contact for clients.Client DetailsOur client is a leading international private asset manager with a strong presence in the UAE and a diversified global client baseDescription* Support RMs with day?to?day management of HNW/UHNW client portfolios. * Prepare, coordinate and process KYC, onboarding, account opening and periodic reviews for individual, corporate, foundation, and offshore structures. * Ensure full compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and internal policies across all documentation and due diligence processes. * Act as a secondary point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, requests, and administrative deliverables. * Liaise with compliance, onboarding, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely completion of client documentation. * Maintain accurate client records, monitoring key deadlines and proactively identifying outstanding requirements. * Support RMs with client reporting, credit requests, product documentation, and transactional follow?ups. * Assist with preparation of client presentations, reviews, and portfolio summaries.Job Offer* Opportunity to work with a globally recognised firm and gain exposure to sophisticated international clients. * Strong learning curve with the ability to develop regional regulatory and onboarding expertise.
* 2-5+ years' experience as an ARM/Client Service Officer within private banking or wealth management. * Strong understanding of client onboarding, KYC, CDD/EDD, and account?opening procedures. * Experience handling complex structures (foundations, corporates, offshore entities, trusts, and individuals). * Knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks, including local AML/KYC guidelines. * Excellent client communication skills, with experience dealing directly with HNW/UHNWI profiles. * Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workflows. * Proficiency in banking systems, documentation processes, and cross?functional coordination.
