* Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily transportation jobs and conduct control calls with drivers.- Monitor live system alerts and address issues such as delays, traffic, or flight changes.- Process and confirm booking requests with accurate details.- Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and clients to resolve operational queries.- Update internal systems and ensure all job information is complete.- Prepare quotations and assign suitable drivers or suppliers.- Provide clear shift handovers and highlight any operational risks.- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and ongoing knowledge of systems and procedures.
