Guildhall is seeking a Procurement Manager for our client, a premium café brand. This role will focus on sourcing, vendor management, and procurement for both new store openings and existing cafés, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesVendor & Supplier Management• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers for food, beverages, packaging, and café consumables• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize value and ensure quality• Maintain strong relationships with local and regional suppliersProcurement & Ordering• Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely availability• Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to support new store openings• Manage procurement for special events, menu launches, and seasonal campaignsCost Control & Reporting• Monitor procurement spend, supplier performance, and COGS• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient procurement processes• Maintain accurate records of orders, contracts, and approvalsCompliance & Documentation• Ensure all suppliers comply with food safety and local regulatory requirements• Maintain procurement documentation, approvals, and audit trails
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or related field• 3–5 years’ experience in procurement, preferably in F&B, café, or hospitality operations• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and organizational skills• Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP/POS experience is a plus• UAE experience required
