We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the property market, have excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with clients to help them find their perfect home or investment property.Responsibilities:- Identify and engage potential clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties in Dubai.- Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and property availability to assist clients in making informed decisions.- Conduct property viewings and present properties to clients, highlighting their features and benefits.- Negotiate terms and conditions of property sales or rentals to reach agreements favorable to clients and the company.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and developments.- Build and maintain a strong network of clients, developers, and other real estate professionals.- Prepare all necessary documentation and contracts related to property transactions, ensuring compliance with local regulations.- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties and expand market presence.
- Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar real estate sales role.- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulatory environment.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach to work.- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.- Valid driving license and the willingness to travel locally for property visits.- Customer-focused mindset with professionalism and integrity in all dealings.
