This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in executive-level environments and understands the importance of clarity, follow-through, and confidentiality.• Manage the full lifecycle of executive meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, coordination, and documentation• Accurately capture Minutes of Meeting (MOM) with clear, structured, and actionable outputs• Translate MOM into defined action items, assign ownership, set deadlines, and track progress• Monitor tasks from initiation through execution to closure, ensuring accountability and timely delivery• Draft, review, and manage executive correspondence, reports, and presentations• Coordinate and track strategic initiatives, leadership directives, and key deliverables• Act as a central communication bridge between the executive leadership team and internal/external stakeholders• Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information• Utilize and manage digital tools and platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Asana or similar systems) to improve communication flow and project efficiency
• Highly proactive, energetic, organized, and detail-oriented personality• Proven experience in corporate communication, executive support, or project coordination roles• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English• Professional experience or formal exposure within the UAE corporate environment• Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously• Demonstrated expertise in preparing structured, executive-level minutes of meetings and driving action-item closure• Comfortable adopting and working within corporate technologies, digital workflows, and reporting systems.
