The successful candidate will have the following: * UAE National * A degree in Law or a related field from a recognised institution. * Proven expertise in the oil and gas or infrastructure utilities or construction industry. * Minimum 4+ years of experience, ideally 8+ years experience * Strong knowledge of local and international legal regulations. * Exceptional skills in drafting and negotiating contracts. * Ability to manage complex legal matters and provide strategic advice. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Capability to work effectively within a large organisation.
