* 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience and familiarity with AI, CX platforms, CCaaS, SaaS, or digital transformation * Proven ownership of USD 5M+ annual revenue * Strong consultative selling background into mid to large enterprises * Experience managing 3+ sales team members * Strong analytical and deal-structuring skills * Good Technical knowledge to be able to engage with the implementation teams * Currently located in the UAE
