We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Control Manager to join our team, at a project site in UAE. The ideal candidate will lead and manage project control functions for multiple projects within the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring that projects are effectively planned, scheduled, and executed according to the defined scope, budget, and timeline.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establish project control plan & Procedures and Project Execution Plan for the projects.
- Identify and develop project control team to manage the required tasks
- Develop L2, L3, L4 schedules & other project control related templates in line with the contractual requirements.
- Develop Engineering, Procurement & Construction Registers.
- Coordination & necessary follow ups with Engineering, procurement & Construction team for various project affairs.
- Develop KPI templates and guide the team for regular updating.
- Take lead in Project Risk Management plan, periodic reviews and mitigation plans.
- Prepare delay analysis, time impact analysis, EOT as needed during the project tenure.
- Single point coordination with client for all project control affairs.
- Identify critical path/critical activities and escalate for timely actions.
- Prepare presentations to various management meetings.
- Participate in all internal/client/vendor progress meetings.
- Ensure all client reports are submitted on timely manner.
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Must have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining project execution plans and schedules on wind projects or power plants of similar technology, with aggregate capacity of wind plant must be more than 100 MW.
