We’re looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our computer hardware sales team, focused on retail shop engagement. This role is ideal for someone who understands the tech landscape, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. You’ll be responsible for promoting our hardware products to retail outlets, supporting channel growth, and ensuring strong brand visibility across the market.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Visit and engage retail shops to promote computer hardware products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and purchasing managers
- Execute product demos and explain technical features in simple terms
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams for timely replenishment
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights to inform strategy
- Support promotional campaigns and in-store branding initiatives
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular activity reports
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Strong interest in computer hardware and retail sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel locally and visit retail outlets regularly
- Basic understanding of sales reporting and CRM tools
- Fluency in English, Hindi, Malayalam. (Arabic will be added advantage)

- Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of computer hardware components (e.g., CPUs, RAM, SSDs, peripherals) and their retail appeal
- Retail Sales Acumen: Ability to engage with retail shop owners, explain product benefits, and influence purchase decisions
- Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and persuasive verbal and written communication in [Insert Language(s)]
- Negotiation & Closing: Ability to handle objections, negotiate pricing or bundles, and close sales effectively
