About the role
Own Sabaku’s marketing end-to-end: plan campaigns, produce photo/video content, run Instagram & TikTok, grow community, and report results—all while protecting our Japanese-inspired aesthetic.
Key responsibilities
- Build monthly plans and editorial calendars (EN & AR).
- Shoot & edit photos/reels; manage asset library and brand guidelines.
- Post, schedule, and engage daily; respond to comments/DMs & coordinate review replies.
- Plan offers/collabs/events; cover pop-ups and launches on-site.
- Run & optimize paid social (IG/TikTok); track UTMs and simple landing pages.
- Maintain listings (Google, delivery apps) and basic website updates (Squarespace).
- Report KPIs and insights; iterate based on data.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in F&B/hospitality/lifestyle marketing.
- Strong portfolio of café/food photography & short-form video.
- Bilingual: Arabic & English (clear copywriting in both).
- Hands-on with Instagram/TikTok, Meta Ads, CapCut/Premiere, Lightroom/Photoshop, Canva/Figma, Google Sheets; Squarespace basics.
- Tasteful eye for minimal/Japanese aesthetics; fast, organized, data-driven.
Nice to have
- Experience with influencer programs.
- Familiarity with Emirati audience preferences.
Skills
Copywriting: English (must), Arabic (preferred)
Strong English, Strong Arabic preferred
Instagram/TikTok management & community replies
Food photography & short-form videography
Editing: CapCut/Premiere + Lightroom/Photoshop
Brand/design sense (minimal, on-brand templates)
Campaigns & partnerships; on-site event coverage
Paid social ads + basic analytics/UTMs
Web/listings upkeep (Squarespace, Google Business) and strong organization
