Job Description:
We are looking for a female to join our team as a Part-Time Meeting & Follow-up Assistant. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, be highly organized, and capable of managing meetings, follow-ups, and coordination tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings (both online and in-person)
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up summaries
• Track and monitor assigned action items
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Assist with administrative and documentation-related tasks
Requirements:
• Female candidate
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Availability for part-time and flexible working hours
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in administrative, coordination, or support roles
• Familiarity with virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
