Responsibilities
- Assist customers in understanding repair processes and services offered in the body shop.
- Provide estimates for repair costs and timeframes.
- Coordinate with the repair team to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to repairs or services.
- Promote additional services that may benefit the customer and their vehicle.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in the body shop.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-15 years of experience in automotive body shop or related field.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and techniques, particularly for German vehicles.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using estimating software and tools for body shop repairs.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations regarding vehicle repairs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
