Job Purpose / Objective: To serve as the sole custodian of Human Resources at (company), overseeing all HR functions from compliance and staff relations to payroll, benefits, and government relations while ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy and values. The role provides both hands-on delivery of HR services, including direct support for Family-related HR requests, fostering a professional, confidential, and compliant work environment. Governance • Act as the sole custodian of the HR function, ensuring alignment with company’s values. • Monitor compliance with Saudi labor laws, Saudization requirements, and best practices in employment. Staff Relations and Engagement • Handle onboarding and induction of new hires, ensuring smooth integration. • Serve as the primary contact for all staff relations matters, including grievances, conflict resolution, and policy clarification. • Promote a professional, respectful, and confidential work environment. Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll • Oversee payroll ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with regulations. • Manage employee benefits, including medical insurance, allowances, leave balances, bonuses. Administrative HR Operations • Maintain confidential staff files, including contracts, IDs, passports, visas. • Ensure fulfillment of all HR-related government relations tasks, including work visas, GOSI, MHRSD portals, renewals. • Track attendance, leave, and absences with proper documentation continuous improvement. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in HR Family Support. • Fulfill all incoming HR related requests for Family members. Job Context: The HR Manager will be working mainly from Company’s HQ located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He will be supporting both staff and Family members when and where needed. Due to the confidential and sensitive nature of the role the position demands a high level of discretion and reliability.
Educational Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. • Any advanced degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is an advantage. • Professional HR certifications are an advantage. Professional Experience: • 5-8 years of experience in HR experience, covering generalist responsibilities. • Strong exposure to Saudi labor law, Saudization, GOSI, and MHRSD systems. • Experience in managing payroll, benefits, and staff relations. • Exposure to confidential or high-sensitivity environments (e.g., Family Offices, financial institutions, professional services) is an advantage.
