Job Title: Sales & Business Development Manager - Exhibitions & Events (Hi-Tech Products)

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the exhibitions and events industry.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, including event organizers, corporate clients, and agencies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Present and demonstrate our hi-tech products (e.g., 3D holograms, interactive screens, LED displays, robotics) to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, design, and operations) to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements.
- Address client concerns and provide timely resolutions to maintain strong relationships.
Industry Networking & Brand Representation:
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to generate leads and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to position the company as a market leader.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Arabic speaking. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the exhibitions, events, or technology industry; open to interview candidates from relevant sales & business development roles in other industries as well.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
