We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assistant Nurse to join our healthcare team in Kuwait. In this role, you will support nursing staff in delivering exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and safety, and maintaining a clean and organized environment in medical facilities.Responsibilities:- Assist registered nurses and medical staff in providing patient care.- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.- Help with patient hygiene, mobility, and feeding as needed.- Prepare and maintain patient rooms and medical equipment.- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.- Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and safety standards.- Document patient information and assist with administrative tasks as required.
- Certified nursing assistant or relevant healthcare certification.- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.- Compassionate nature and dedication to patient well-being.- Physical stamina to assist patients and perform various duties.- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends.Requirement:- GNM Diploma - Valid license/Registration from their home country.- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
