* 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a background selling a range of products or services to corporate clients, insurers, and healthcare providers. * Strong network in insurance companies, hospitals, clinics, and corporate health programs in the UAE (KSA experience is a plus). * Experience in designing and selling value propositions for healthcare services. * Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. * Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to market dynamics. * Experience managing and scaling sales teams. * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
