We are supporting a Dubai-based Real Estate Brokerage firm in their search for a highly capable Chinese Marketing Manager to lead brand development, digital marketing, and integrated promotional initiatives.- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.- Manage and optimize presence on major Chinese social media platforms, including Xiaohongshu and Douyin, while executing integrated online and offline marketing campaigns tailored to the UAE market.- Plan, create, and edit short-form video content, with proven hands-on experience in content production.- Independently conceptualize and execute various marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and strengthen market positioning.- Oversee the creation and development of marketing materials, including copywriting, graphic design, posters, and video content.
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.- Minimum of 3 year of marketing or operations experience in the real estate or hospitality industry (experience in Dubai is highly preferred).- A background in design is advantageous; proficiency in Photoshop, Premiere, or other editing tools is a plus.- Strong creativity, execution capability, and the ability to independently drive projects from concept to completion.- A strong interest in the overseas Real Estate market, with the ability to develop marketing strategies that effectively connect both the Dubai and Chinese markets.
