A results-driven and confident Financial Controller to lead our finance team and oversee all financial operations excluding treasury. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of accounting principles, and experience in financial strategy and compliance. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial health, accuracy, and strategic growth.
Will be responsible to ensure adoption and implementation of regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Manage all accounting operations including, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
Prepare and publish timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes; analyze and report variances.
Ensure compliance with local, federal, and international financial regulations.
Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures.
Oversee tax planning and filing activities.
Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Optimize financial performance.
Supervise and mentor finance team members.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in finance
Masters is preferrable
CA or equivalent certification is highly required.
710 years, especially with progressive responsibility in financial management, budgeting, and reporting
