Role OverviewThe Listing Administrator is responsible for uploading, managing, and maintaining property listings across all company platforms and property portals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates while supporting the sales team.Key Responsibilities•Upload and manage property listings on portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and the company website•Ensure all listing details are accurate, complete, and compliant with company and RERA guidelines•Update pricing, availability, and status of listings regularly•Remove outdated, sold, or rented listings promptly•Collect and organize required listing documents (Title Deeds, Form A, owner documents)•Coordinate with agents for listing information, photos, and approvals•Monitor listing quality and fix errors or portal rejectionsWe are hiring multiple positions for this role, please only apply if you are available immediately.
