Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Planning Engineer to manage and monitor multiple engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to project schedules. You will work closely with project managers, vendors, and execution teams to plan, track, and report progress across a portfolio of 80+ projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules & baseline programs
- Monitor and track project progress, milestones, and deliverables
- Analyze technical drawings, define timelines and critical paths
- Prepare look-ahead plans, progress reports, and forecasts
- Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with teams during design and construction phases
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 810 years experience in project planning within construction/engineering
- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
