Key ResponsibilitiesLead the entire supply chain function covering planning, purchasing, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.Manage supplier relationships, vendor performance, and contract negotiations to ensure consistent product quality and availability.Build and optimize supply chain processes to support business growth, cost efficiency, and operational performance.Oversee demand planning, forecasting, inventory accuracy, and stock replenishment for all outlets/locations.Align with internal departments (operations, finance, marketing) to support business goals and menu rollouts.Evaluate and implement supply chain technologies, automation, and systems improvements.Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain teams across multiple regions.Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies.
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Food Retail / FMCG is mandatory.Minimum 8+ years experience in supply chain, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership/managerial role.Must have UAE market experience with strong knowledge of local suppliers, logistics networks, and regulatory standards.Experience handling procurement or sourcing functions is an added advantage.Proven ability to manage multiple suppliers, high SKU volume, and fast order turnaround environments.Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.To view other requirements, please check our website - www.blackpearlconsult.com
