You will handle advanced HR operations for a truck-sales company. You will support management with recruitment, policy implementation, employee relations, and UAE labour-law compliance. You will work closely with sales staff, workshop teams, mechanics, and office departments to keep HR processes organised and efficient.Key responsibilities:•Manage recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for sales, admin, and workshop teams.•Prepare employee contracts, HR documentation, and visa follow-up.•Support payroll, timesheets, attendance, and leave management.•Maintain HR policies and align HR processes with MOHRE requirements.•Handle employee queries, grievances, and performance follow-up.•Support disciplinary actions and maintain updated HR records.•Coordinate training needs and staff development across departments.•Prepare HR dashboards and reports for management.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong knowledge of HR operations in the UAE. You should be confident working independently, supporting management decisions, and handling both office and workshop staff. Experience in automotive, truck sales, or similar technical-sales environments is an advantage.Requirements:•5–8 years of HR experience in the UAE.•Good knowledge of MOHRE systems and UAE labour law.•Strong communication and organisational skills.•Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.•Experience supporting sales teams, mechanics, or workshop staff is preferred.•Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
