Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Manager to lead and oversee high-rise building construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects within time, budget, and quality parameters.Key Responsibilities•Oversee all phases of high-rise construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and safety standards.•Lead, supervise, and coordinate site engineers, subcontractors, and construction teams.•Review project plans, drawings, and specifications; identify risks and propose timely solutions.•Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.•Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and project resources in coordination with relevant departments.•Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.•Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and present updates to senior management and stakeholders.•Oversee subcontractor performance and enforce contractual obligations.•Identify construction issues and implement corrective actions promptly.•Collaborate closely with consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.•Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on-site.
