Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance & Document Coordination•Maintain and update company and client documentation.•Monitor renewal deadlines for internal and client-related procedures.•Organize and store KYC documentation and physical files.•Assist with due diligence checks and other compliance-related tasks.Client, Office & Accounting Support•Maintain client folders, filing systems, and project documentation.•Assist with follow-ups with government entities.•Coordinate basic accounting-related administration.•Help maintain activity trackers and assist with issuing invoices for recurring clients.•Support general corporate services for clients as required.•Welcome visitors and serve as the first point of contact.•Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.Operational & Digital Support•Support selected digital or marketing-related tasks.•Contribute to overall office organization and workflow management.•Assist with project management tools and internal coordination platforms.•Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchases.Administrative Assistance to Management•Provide secretarial and administrative support to management.•Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and daily coordination tasks.
