Guildhall is looking for an experienced Planning Manager to join our team for a newly awarded 4.5-year infrastructure and breakwater project in Kuwait. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the planning and scheduling efforts for a large-scale infrastructure and marine construction project.Key Responsibilities:• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules to ensure timely project delivery• Coordinate with project teams to establish milestones and deliverables• Provide regular project updates and risk assessments to senior management• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, delays, and issues to maintain project timelines• Ensure all project plans align with client specifications and requirements
• Proven experience in planning and scheduling for large-scale infrastructure and/or marine construction projects• Experience with scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.)• Kuwait project experience is preferred, but not mandatory• Strong organizational and analytical skills• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams• Willing to relocate and work full-time on-site in Kuwait
