We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist and Admin Assistant to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment for clients and supporting administrative operations to ensure seamless office functionality.Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and maintain the office calendar.- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.- Support the real estate team with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, brochures, and contracts.- Maintain office supplies and ensure a tidy, presentable reception area.- Facilitate communication between departments and external stakeholders.- Handle inquiries related to property listings and provide basic information as required.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, preferably in real estate.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with CRM / Zoho systems.- Professional appearance and positive attitude.- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic and other languages is a plus.- Well versed with Property Listing on Bayut & Property Finder.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
