Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Tele Caller to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on generating leads and booking appointments related to Dubai’s booming off-plan real estate market. You will be the first point of contact for potential investors and buyers, introducing them to exclusive property offerings from top developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads generated via campaigns, digital platforms, and referrals.
- Introduce prospects to current off-plan projects and investment opportunities in Dubai.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other channels.
- Provide basic information on payment plans, locations, and project highlights.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge on current and upcoming developments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tele sales or real estate (preferably in Dubai).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
- Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, especially off-plan developments.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Goal-driven, confident, and persistent.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
