The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the commercial property market and a passion for helping clients find their ideal investment or rental opportunities within the vibrant Dubai market.Responsibilities:- Identify and engage potential clients seeking commercial properties for sale or lease.- Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with the best property options.- Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing the key features and benefits of each property.- Negotiate terms and prices on behalf of clients to achieve optimal outcomes.- Prepare and present detailed property proposals and reports.- Maintain a strong network of industry contacts including property owners, investors, and developers.- Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and competitor activities to advise clients effectively.- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Proven experience in sales, or relevant sales experience. - Strong knowledge of the Dubai commercial property market and regulatory environment.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel locally.- Savings to support 3-6 months in a commission-based role.- Attested Education CertificatePlease Note: We can only accept candidates over the age of 20 years old.
