The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the property buying, selling, and leasing processes with professionalism and expertise, helping them achieve their real estate goals in the lucrative UAE market.Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential properties and investment opportunities.- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties in Dubai.- Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment potential.- Prepare and present property proposals and financial reports to clients.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other real estate professionals.- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms for clients.- Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and closings to facilitate smooth transactions.- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and best practices in the UAE.
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant, preferred - Excellent knowledge of local real estate markets, regulations, and property valuation.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for real estate.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Fluent in English; knowledge of another language is an advantage.- Driver license preferred.
