We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for the Dubai market to lead client acquisition, manage high-value accounts, and strengthen partnerships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and end-users. Dubai remains the most competitive and design-forward market in the UAE, requiring strong relationship-building capabilities, industry insight, and exceptional commercial acumen. Key Responsibilities • Identify and secure new business opportunities across commercial, corporate, hospitality, and government sectors. • Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, developers, and procurement leaders. • Generate and manage a strong project pipeline aligned with Dubai’s rapidly expanding commercial landscape. • Present design-led workspace solutions and product portfolios to key decision makers. • Collaborate closely with design, estimation, and project delivery teams to ensure accurate proposals and timely submissions. • Prepare sales forecasts, contribute to strategic growth plans, and report on market performance. • Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry seminars. • Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets with consistency.
• Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience in office furniture, design & build, commercial interiors, or workspace solutions. • Established network within Dubai’s architecture and design community. • Proven track record of closing high-value projects. • Strong technical understanding of workspace design, furniture specifications, and project cycles. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Valid UAE driving licence.
