- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience with a minumum of 1 year as a content writer in the real estate or property industry is mandatory.- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.- Ability to simplify complex real estate concepts into clear, engaging language.- Excellent research skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.- Proactive, creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and real estate.- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools is a plus.- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
