The ideal candidate acts as the face of the brand, delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for candidates with a strong command of English and specific prior experience in the UAE’s independent dining sector.Key Responsibilities:•Welcome guests promptly and courteously, escorting them to tables and ensuring a comfortable atmosphere.•Present menus, provide detailed explanations of dishes and beverages, and offer recommendations to up-sell items.•Accurately record orders and enter them into the POS system; coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service.•Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table setup, clearing, and resetting efficiently during peak hours.•Handle guest inquiries and minor complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
•Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in the UAE.•Specific Background: Must have experience working in stand-alone / independent restaurants. Experience in fast-paced dining is essential.•Language: Excellent fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.•Demographics: East European candidates are highly preferred for this role.•Soft Skills: Energetic, well-groomed, and able to work under pressure during busy shifts.
