Candidates applying for the Scaffolder position must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven experience working as a scaffolder in construction, industrial, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects. Prior experience in the UAE or GCC region will be considered an added advantage. Applicants should have strong knowledge of scaffolding erection, dismantling, and modification, following approved drawings and site instructions.Candidates must be physically fit, medically sound, and capable of performing manual labor for extended periods under site conditions. A high level of safety awareness is mandatory, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and strict adherence to site safety regulations. The ability to work confidently at heights without fear is essential, as the role involves working on elevated platforms and structures.Applicants should be disciplined, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team while also following supervisors’ instructions.
