- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or relevant sales role in the UAE market.- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, market trends, and property types.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.- Ability to work independently with high self-motivation and integrity.- Valid real estate license or certification in the UAE is highly preferred.- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Turkish,Russian are advantageous.- Familiarity with CRM software and property listing platforms.
