We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Nurse to provide exceptional in-home care services to patients in Dubai. This role involves delivering personalized nursing care in a female-focused environment, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of clients in their homes.Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care to female patients in their homes, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.- Assist patients with daily living activities such as hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.- Develop and implement individualized care plans in coordination with healthcare professionals and family members.- Observe and report any changes in patients' health status to appropriate medical personnel.- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication management.- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.- Ensure all care practices comply with health and safety regulations and standards.- Demonstrate empathy and respect for patients' dignity and privacy at all times.
- Must be a female General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) certified nurse.- Proven experience in providing home care nursing, especially for female patients.- Strong understanding of patient care practices and medication administration.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and families.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a home care setting.- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of patients.- Valid nursing license or registration applicable for the UAE.- Willingness to relocate or work in Dubai, UAE.
