Sales & Business Development•Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for wet wipes and hygiene liquid product lines.•Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail accounts.•Develop and manage relationships with key customers including modern trade, traditional trade, pharmacies, and institutional clients.•Expand product penetration and shelf presence across assigned territories.Account & Channel Management•Manage day-to-day relationships with distributors and retailers.•Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and avoid out-of-stock situations.•Negotiate pricing, promotions, and trade schemes in line with company policies.•Execute product launches and promotional campaigns effectively in the market.Market Execution & Visibility•Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.•Monitor competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and market trends.•Provide regular market feedback to management to support product and pricing strategies.Reporting & Coordination•Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.•Track customer performance, outstanding payments, and collections where applicable.•Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).•2–5 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in wet wipes, hygiene products, personal care, or home care.•Strong knowledge of FMCG distribution channels and retail landscape.•Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
