The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, documenting, and verifying mechanical /Electrical installations, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, quality procedures, and authority approvals.•Perform QA/QC inspections in MEP projects in construction Sites.•Review method statements, material submittals, shop drawings, and ensure site works align with approved specs.•Generate and maintain Inspection Requests (IRs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and quality records.•Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and internal project teams for snag closure and final handover.•Track all QA/QC documentation and assist in preparing handover files and O&M manuals.
•Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineer (required).•5 years of dedicated QA/QC experience on MEP high-rise projects in Dubai or wider UAE.•Familiarity with UAE authority procedures, codes, and approval systems.•Must have completed at least 2 full-cycle mechanical MEP projects from start to handover.
