Key Skills & Experience:•Strong experience in coordinating import & export shipments•Expertise in dealing with shipping lines for:•Vessel bookings•Shipping Instructions (SI) submission•BL confirmation and amendments•Efficient Delivery Order (DO) follow-up with shipping lines and agents•Hands-on experience with DP World (Dubai Trade / CARGOES / Rosoom):•DO updates•BOE (Bill of Entry) pass follow-up•Gate pass coordination•Coordination with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and transporters•Customer handling for both imports and export operations•Shipment tracking and timely status updates to customers•Documentation handling:•BL, Invoice, Packing List, COO•Manifest checks and compliance•Good understanding of UAE customs procedures•Ability to resolve delays, demurrage, and documentation issues
•Excellent communication with customers and vendors•Strong follow-up and coordination skills•Detail-oriented with time-sensitive shipments•Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment
