What We’re Looking For•Proven background in sales recruitment (real estate preferred)•Strong understanding of commission-based brokerages•Experience hiring senior / producing agents•Confident communicator with closing skills•Fast, structured, KPI-driven mindset•Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)•Based in Dubai or open to relocation
